View events SUPER SLOW
When you try to watch a recorded event, it takes ages to load, and sometimes you can't even watch it; it just says "loading" and nothing ever appears. Even if you have the best internet in the world, it's incredibly slow. I don't recommend it.

A disappointment
This app is constantly failing to upload video feed from my hardwired cameras. I frequently get the “failed to connect” screen and have to reload the app to get things to work. When they do work, some cameras have long loading times, while others are reasonable. This app is the worst part about owning this camera system.

Don’t count on it working…
Cheap e-waste I’m unable count on actually working as expected; both hardware and software. For example, the doorbell camera takes so long for the live feed to connect (if it ever does) that the person ringing the doorbell typically gives up and leaves before I can answer/see who it is…

Corrupt or Offline often
Goes offline periodically 4k WiFi more than 2k. I have both. And had them in the same places so it’s not my powerful WiFi router. It’s the cameras. Data gets corrupted often. I have to reboot and reformat. I purchased new larger and expensive surveillance sdcards so will see if that fixes it. Image quality is poor due to low frame rate. User should be able to increase frame rate to at least 60 fps.
