Every function in this software works exactly the way it’s supposed to. No problems!!!

Not compatible with existing systems
This does not work with existing systems, and so it’s impossible to have all your cameras in one place. This means you need to rely on the buggy “Classic” app for non-Connect cameras and switch to the “Connect” app for your 2K Connect cameras. Very bad setup.
