Daniel is an angel

Daniel’s teachings helped me get out of a second bout of three months long insomnia that relapsed after six years. The first bout I had a false belief that thc cured it. This go around I understand it was all phobia based because of Daniel’s teachings. It was also very empowering to understand how the brain and body work and this demystified the process for me. Thank GOD for Daniel and BedTyme.

Coaches are also AI

Even the “coaches” are AI. To a degree. They are real people but they put all your messages thru AI and send you the response. It’s like paying extra for a slightly tailored version of AI than the already built in AI called Ellie which is a fraction of the cost. It can still be helpful if you don’t know any better because a lot of the responses make sense. But their approaches are all so gentle and not directive and there is never anything the paid insomnia strugglers are doing wrong that they correct. It’s all just passively kind coaching by answering any of your messages saying whatever you’re doing is totally understandable and your journey is your own and it’s ok to struggle and you will heal on your own terms as long as you don’t try too hard. If my thoughts change in the future I’ll update this. But the fact the coaches are also using AI is kind of rubbing me the wrong way. And I’m really in the struggle and could use all the help I can get. But I want genuine help.
