Stellar Sleep Is Stellar!
When I bought the app, I was doubtful that my sleep would actually improve, I don’t sleep through the night like I’d hoped but I awaken refreshed and ready for the day bc of the advice and encouragement the app provided on a daily basis. I understand my habits much better and I get more deep sleep and REM sleep than I did. BEST OF ALL, they don’t cut you off at the end of the time you pay for. You get an extra 30 days that helped me immensely! I have saved many “modules” to help me cope better. Now that the extra 30 days are over, I can keep up with the app for nothing! 5 star? If I could give it 10, I would.
