Faulty app appointment scheduling
I made an appointment through the app to donate at a specific time, but as I arrived on time for my appointment they told me I wasn’t on this list even though it showed up on the app a few hours prior to my appointment. I checked again after being told that I wasn’t on the list and the app didn’t show that I had any appointments. Glad I wasted time and gas for this.
