I’m 53 and have been working out off and on for years. I love fitness. I have done TT every year they came out with it. I push myself and have had gains that I never expected. I only do the 30 min workout but they are very effective!! I’m in w the support group too. Love MM app bc I can go at my own pace. I also chose to do wkouts 4 days a wk. I also walk on my rest days 2miles. I am fit for life and MMoves helps me so much!! I feel stronger and healthier. Their support team is amazing and I will be a MM member 4Life!!! 💙❤️💪🏼🤍

I feel if you’re spending $20 a month on an app it should have ALL the bells and whistles. The app itself feels very outdated compared to other workout apps that are on the market. I’ve only had this app for a few days and I’m not loving it. One thing that’s really annoying to me is there’s no rest timer. Your rest time is one of the most important parts of a workout and it’s not even offered, kinda crazy to me. I’m going to give it a month because I already paid but unless there’s some new update to the app I don’t think I’ll stick around.
