Best Strength Training App Hands Down
I’ve been running this program since it came out and let me tell you it has CHANGED MY LIFE!! This app is so comprehensive and doesn’t just explain how to do the exercises but also WHY we are doing them in the weekly programming and mesocycle overview. Meg makes strength training digestible without being too simplistic. I truly have never made so much progress in my life. The app also allows you to substitute exercises and offers suggestions in case you don’t have the equipment which makes exercising while traveling SO MUCH EASIER. She also has a completely beginners program FOR FREE on Instagram. This woman and her company ROCK. Cannot say better things.
