So I just downloaded it and I hope motion blur is free and looks decent for my tiktok edits 🤞❤️🔥 I tried Video Star and it made me pay a membership thing to use motion blur, so I'm excited to see if this works! Update: never mind it only works with photos and not videos. Disappointed.
