Unable to register equipment in app
The app will not allow me to register my lights and remote which means that I am also not able to make firmware updates using the app.

The app does not work with the B10 Plus Profoto lights
I recently purchased the Profoto B10Plus Profoto lights and downloaded the app as instructed to register the product and purchase an extended warranty. However, when I tried to connect the app to the lights using my iPhone Plus or my iPad Pro, the app kept shutting down. This is particularly frustrating as Profoto is known as the leading provider of light equipment for photographers. I am currently finishing my associates degree in photography, so this issue is especially troubling.
