Functions Well - But How do you pay?

When I first got started with this app we had a complicated configuration we needed due to being a startup. The customer support team was amazing and helped get us all configured. It would be a HUGE benefit if we could record our greetings and voicemail message for our customers straight into the app instead of having to create a bunch of individual audio files and upload them. Now our trial is about to expire and we want to keep it but we are unable to use ANY interface to set up a payment method. We used the link in our expiration notice, which took us to a page where the links to add a payment method were dead. We tried the desktop browser to find somewhere in our account to add it, again there isn’t anything. We tried the app, and again there isn’t anywhere for us to add a payment method. We tried to contact by chat during the week, but the chat was broken and wouldn’t work on chrome or Firefox. We sent emails with screenshots and explanations, and got no reply. We called Saturday morning, got put in the call queue, and then told everyone was busy to call back later or submit a super ticket. So although it functions well, we can’t seem to get anyone to reply while we’re literally trying to remain a client.
