Awful
Terrible healthcare app. My company switched to it recently and has been nothing but problems. Constantly getting logged out by the system while oncall and the staff incessantly calls EVERYONE in your agency to get ahold of you even though the issue is from their end.

Not the best
I am required to use this for work. We just switched from another one. The absolute worst problem with this one is you cannot change the notification sound. What good is an app that is supposed to wake me up if a patient needs something if all it does is one tiny “ding”? Also, there really needs to be the capability to reply to the alerts. Only options are “accept”, “defer” and “pending”.
