Don’t fall for their agents - there’s a limit of freez
Their agents just want to close their targets and are going to give you all kinds of empty promises just to get you to subscribe to the longest membership possible. Before I sign up to a 4-month membership, I talked to an agent and expressed that my nature of work requires lots of travel and that I need a flexible plan that I can freez anytime and not lose sessions I’ve paid for. The agent back then assured me and promised that the expiry of sessions is just a formality they have in their terms and that at any time I can just message them and they’d extend the duration for my sessions. In my third month of the membership I sent a request for a freez as I’m traveling for a month, and I got a response saying I can no longer freez with no consideration that I was going to lose a total of 25 sessions! I shared the messages their agent sent me saying I can freez any time, but they still didn’t reconsider their decision even though it meant they were going to lose a client. I also want to add that they never mentioned any limit on freez before I subscribed, and after you do there’s no way you can stop the monthly payments on your credit card, unless you deactivate it of course :)

App won’t let me sign up
Well, they had me. I went through the whole flow, got invested and tried to create an account… and the confirm button won’t press. The buttons in the app are generally buggy and sometimes have to be pressed multiple times. But the confirm button where someone is literally handing you their contact info so that you can take their money has to be the worst time.
