InfoVNS is the free service designed for victims and witnesses who participate in the Criminal Justice System. After completing the registration process, the victim or witness will receive immediate information about their case and access to support by Victim Services.
This application is standardized statewide and offered by the 21 New Jersey County Prosecutor’s Offices. As a crime victim or a witness of a crime, you will be provided with services to ensure your rights and support you through the criminal justice process.
This application has the following key features for victims and witnesses:
1. Real-time monitoring and notifications regarding key events in your case.
2. Submission of your impact statement with documents and photograph.
3. Messaging with the prosecutor’s office (not available in all counties.)
4. Universal mobile access to track the case anytime and anywhere.
5. Allows updating or changing your password and personal contact information.
6. Protection of confidential juvenile information.
7. Data encryption to secure your data and make it available to you only.
