Never worry about another package being stolen!! Protect your front porch by securing all deliveries in your BenchSentry.Manage all Tracking Codes for your upcoming deliveries from your mobile app. Create custom Entry Codes for friends and family so they, too, can access the Bench. Tracking and Entry Codes are synced to the Bench from your mobile app. Delivery drivers will be prompted to enter a portion of the Tracking Code to access your Bench. You will be notified of all Bench activities, deliveries, access using an Entry Code and any failed attempts to access your Bench. The Bench can be used by ALL carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, OnTrac, etc.) and home delivery services (meal delivery, grocery delivery, dry cleaning, neighborhood swap, etc).

It was nice …until it stopped working.

Been one of their first customers. Loved it and touted its value. Until last month when it stopped ‘connecting’ from the app. I have emailed, called, uninstalled and reinstalled and still cannot use the app. But I can use it by going to the website so it’s not a connection issue. It’s this ridiculous app.

Stopped opening from the dashboard

The application worked great for the first four years that we had this. Then recently with the latest iOS update it quit opening from the dashboard. I can change the profile settings and it will open remotely so I know it’s not a connectivity issue. I have attempted to delete all settings and reinstall with no luck. Technical Support has been marginal at best. They have me do the usual things, delete the app, double check the settings, blah blah. It will not open from the dashboard with the lock after opening setting.
