Fridge lock - Disappointing

Extremely disappointed in the quality and functionality of the fridge lock.

Great Concept; Poor Execution

App failed to connect to box after a few weeks of use and required breaking the hinges to access the battery pack to remove the battery to reset the device. Once repaired and reconnected to the app it again worked for about a week before losing the ability to connect. Battery is also non rechargeable and an odd size. Can’t access battery without opening the device. Great concept but poor execution especially for the price tag. Oh, and the app very bare bones and looks like it was not designed by a professional.

Lock stopped working

The lock box worked for two years, but then the unlocking action stopped working. The app connects to the box, and the box beeps, but it doesn’t unlock. There no way to get the box to unlock.

Works good

Simple and useful app. I’ve been using it for a while - works fine for me.

Poorly designed App

The lock is amazing in the sense that it does what it is supposed to do, however, the effort put behind the application (which is the only way to control it) is lackluster to say the least. The app loves to not show the accurate time remaining when using the the timer option. Someone fix it!!!!
