A walk a day

A walk a day prompts you to take a stroll with your dog every day at whatever time you choose. You can set as many daily notifications as you like and you can ask it to remind you later each time a notification is delivered, if you are not quite ready to go out. You can use it as an alarm by setting up a reminder that "nags you" at any interval between 1 and 60 minutes.
