Désastre numérique
Cette application est une honte absolue pour un service public. Elle est incroyablement lente, presque inutilisable, et le simple fait de se connecter à son compte relève du miracle. Pourquoi faut-il un compte pour acheter un ticket ? C’est un non-sens qui ne fait qu’ajouter de la frustration.
