App is unusable - literally!
As several others have noted, you cannot even log into the app. I get an message: “Error. Can't get your Staff info. Please try again later.” Apparently this has been going on since 2022! Today’s date is 7/26/2024!! Shame, because the website version works and seems reasonably well thought through.

Works flawlessly now
We switched from Spiceworks to the Itarian service desk and it’s been working great. I like the layout of the app and have no issues over the last 4 months of using it.
