I placed an order through the Krush Kandy Boutique app and never received my items. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I had to file a chargeback through Discover to get my money back. After the chargeback was submitted, the business owner contacted me directly by phone call and text message in a way that felt inappropriate and intimidating rather than professional customer service. There are also a large number of consumer complaints about this company on Reddit, Trustpilot, Facebook groups, and the Better Business Bureau, which I wish I had seen before ordering. I would strongly advise other shoppers to research carefully and use strong buyer protection before making any purchases.
