Needs Improvement
Was excited for this app but it is not as user friendly as it could be. 1.) Why is it required to have a serial number to add equipment to your Garage? I upgraded my Pike Select fully to where it’s basically an Ultimate but I can’t add the Ultimate to my account because my fork will always have the Select serial number. You should be able to add by model code or be able to add upgrades to equipment in your Garage. As it stands, the app readily tells you how to upgrade dampers and air springs but makes it super hard to get tuning information after you do so. 2.) Apple Passwords app doesn’t integrate to the in-app browser requiring you to manually enter your password every time. Also there’s no “Remember Me” option and the app logs you out often. SRAM account is unfortunately required.
