Subscription Details and Terms
MOVE is free to download. In order to access all features and workouts in the app requires a MOVE membership, available on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. First time customers will be eligible for a 7 day free trial period, you will be billed at the end of the trial. Yearly subscriptions are billed in the total annual amount after a trial period or upfront for existing customers.

You may change your payment method at any time in your iTunes account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the date of the charge. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account once you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your iTunes account. We are not able to provide refunds for unused portions of your subscription term. If you cancel prior to the end of your term, you will retain access to your membership until the end.

Nice mix of videos and guided workouts!

Love training with Katie! She is very knowledgeable and has a range of videos and guided strength programs. Love the progress, tracking section and step counter that was recently added. I only wish there was options to store the weights you use for lifts and to substitute out exercise exercises. Great app overall though!

Ok but need a lot of work

For how long the app has been out I feel like it should be more polished. If you need to up the price to do that, that’s fine but there’s too many quirks. For one, there are no built in warm up or cool downs which I don’t love. There’s also no pause button when you’re doing your workout which is very inconvenient and should just be a give in. Also when you’re doing a cardio video it’s almost impossible to pause or scrub. There’s no where to log that you did the daily 10. It’s not easy to favorite a workout. It should just let you do that when you’re in it but you have to go to the library and search for it which is annoying. Your progress/where you are in the week does not transfer from iPhone to iPad even though you’re logged into the same account, so I really could only use it on one device. There’s step tracker doesn’t work. There’s nowhere to log your protein. The word “measurements” is spelled wrong in the progress photo section. Also I feel the workouts are way too focused on cardio which seems a bit toxic and unhealthy. Cardio should absolutely be apart of the workouts or a couple days but it seemed forced in almost every one of them and pushed too hard. 60 reps straight of any move is ridiculous. Also the screens you have to go through to log every workout is annoying. I don’t need to log how I’m feeling every try workout. I know you can skip that, but if you forget to click the x at the top it won’t even log the workout which is frustrating. The app just seems cheap unfortunately. I’d it was in the starting stages I would understand but it’s been out for years. I think you should focus on improving the app.
