I bought the carnival tickets on viagogo. Got email to download Quento to claim the tickets. It worked just like it described.

DONT USE
Saw a similar story about the Bad Bunny tickets. You can only transfer tickets once. StubHub will not warn you about this so there is essentially no way for you to transfer the tickets again. Not only this but there’s no customer service and now I’m out $$$. Avoid this app
