Viagogo failed to deliver our tickets in a timely manner and then offered alternative tickets that were significantly less value than original purchased. Then we bought less value tickets and they didn’t arrive until one full hour after concert started! Chat service was slow and no urgency. Will NEVER buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE!

As soon as I open the App, screen goes blank and the following message appears ‘ An error has occurred. Restart’ I deleted App and downloaded it once more but the problem persist. Trying to get one’s tickets specifically FIFA world cup is unpleasant! The 30-40% you charge for fees is extortionist yet your customer service is dirt poor!!! Shame on you!
