Disappointing
My experience with Duquesne Light has been disappointing and concerning. Attempts to understand my electric bill through customer service have been unsuccessful, as representatives seem unable to explain the charges clearly. The budget billing program, which is supposed to prevent fluctuations, continues to increase despite no increase in usage. This raises serious questions about billing accuracy and transparency. Due to the ongoing lack of transparency and resolution, I have been forced to pursue additional avenues for clarification and am now in communication with an electric company lawyer. Customers deserve accurate billing, clear explanations, and accountability—none of which I have experienced thus far.
