Wont let me sign in
I was previously able to sign in on both the web page and the app but one day it randomly stopped allowing me to sign in on either and continues to either load forever (upwards of an hour) or show me the same error message. I have called and emailed customer service multiple times and I am continually sent in circles, no one is able to help me figure out what is wrong or how to fix it. My bill is due in 10 days and I have no way of paying it. I am very frustrated and tired, i dont know what to do
