With the ability to send out different survey campaigns, averaging between 1 and 5 survey questions, instantly knowing what your customers, staff, club, team or group thinks is critical to achieving great customer experiences. Designed with emoticons, most of our surveys take less than 30 seconds to complete resulting in a high response rate. As a SimpliSurvey Admin, you have the option to allow an unlimited number of users to participate and send out your surveys. This way your sales team or staff can send surveys to the customers they interact with allowing you to compare the customer satisfaction of each staff/team member.
