SureTrac is a free platform that lets organizations track employees, members and patients geographically and alert them based on their location respective to the org's points of interest by integrating with existing system's via a GraphQL API.
Any organization may sign up by contacting us.
Once an organization has an account, it may use our API to send as many invitations to members of their organization as they choose.
If a member (aka end-user) chooses to accept the invitation, they will download the SureTrac mobile app and enter the invitation code given to them.
Once accepted the member's device will begin broadcasting it's location to the SureTrac platform and the member will see their current location along with the organization's point of interest on a map.
If the device gets within an organization-defined range of an organization's point of interest, the SureTrac platform notifies the organization via API.
The organization may respond with a message that the end-user sees on their device.
Examples:
1) Allergies, Inc is an organization that notifies its patients when the approach a known hot spot (point of interest) for their allergies. If one of their patients (end-user) approaches such a hot spot, the end user gets a message on their device that they are approaching an are that could be problematic for them.
2) Deliveries R Us, Inc is an organization that asks their drivers to confirm delivery of a package when the driver (end user) approaches a delivery address (point of interest). The driver sees the a message and selects "Yes" if they delivered the package to that address or "No" if they did not.
