I logged in and for the wifi setting up thing it said something about not expecting it for some sort of reason and I retried it but it took forever to find my wifi

I’ve been contacting the Simplehuman team for months about the app not working with my mirror, and all I keep hearing is that they’re “working on it.” It’s been over four months with no real fix or progress. The mirror is supposed to be a premium product, yet it relies on an app that completely ruins the experience. It’s honestly unbelievable that a company of this size hasn’t fixed an issue that affects so many customers. The reviews here speak for themselves — people have been complaining for years and nothing has changed. If the app can’t be fixed, they should at least create a new one so customers can actually use what they paid for. I love the mirror itself, but it’s basically useless without the app. Simplehuman, do better.
