Without logging in the app works fine, if you're trying to get room service or reservations, you're gonna need to login, but it never logs in

Worst Hotel App
Doesn’t work - you can login to your “account” but cannot do anything with it. We tried ordering room service, were prompted through a checkout option and waited over and hour and a half for food (sandwiches, fruit, a salad and water). We tried contacting staff through the messaging system on app with no response. We finally called down to room service, who said they never received our order.
