Difficult to use
I have been having trouble for weeks trying to add a baggage to my flight. The website is locked up and I cannot get through to speak to a customer service representative. There are long weights and it drops the call during the wait. Very poor tech and customer service.

Does not give the basic info easily . Keep it simple - seat , gate # , flt # etc . This app doesn’t do that !
