How can you take this away?
This is not a 5 star app, but it’s not far off simply because it exists and it works. This app has become essential in an effort to run my small business. News of it being discontinued is cause for looking elsewhere for a service provider alternative. Taking away easy access to voicemail and remote calling is a punch to the gut, and I doubt my Verizon bill will be going down with the elimination of this feature. That simply equates to less value. I hope a replacement app is in the works, but I’m already looking into Comcast. I’m loyal to whomever provides reliable service, and taking away essential features places Verizon in the “unreliable” category. I’m beyond disappointed.

Fails to integrate with iOS features
Although the app has a “do not disturb” switch in Settings, it has to be activated manually rather than following the rules for whatever focus is turned on. Enabling the Do Not Disturb focus on the phone has no effect on the Verizon app; it still allows calls through. The app has barely been updated since Verizon bought it from another networking company years ago. It’s geared toward large enterprises with hundreds of users to manage, with no accommodation for a small business. It’s great to have my business number ring on the iPhone, but if any other app provided that service, I would switch.
