Cannot get the app to activate and so far cannot find any place to get help. Not through email. So as far as I can tell the low reviews are correct

Love!
I love that I can load funds to my account and earn rewards! I don’t like having to pull my card out or use quarters each time I need to pay for a machine and I don’t have to do that with this app. Super easy to use.
