Terrible Sign Up Experience with App
I've been trying to sign up through the app. Every single time it would give me an error code when it's time to choose and pay for the membership. It would give me an error but they've charged me EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm trying to dispute it but I can't even chat with anyone on the app. I tried fixing the membership details but every single time I press the option, the app CRASHES. This app is so faulty. I wanted to be a new client but this is giving lots of red flags.

Very frustrating app. Buggy.
It’s been a year and I have tried to contact them multiple times about how buggy their app is. Sometimes a chat loads to a blank screen and you have to try many times. Same with the media uploaded into chat. When you clip it’s just a blank screen and you have to try again and again. It’s very frustrating when there’s an emergency and you need the nurse to see photos and videos right away.
