TERRIBLE APP DONT BUY
Absolutely the worst customer service
I reserved a car from this company paid $900 in total fees. I got there and the car was twice as much! They told me the car had just went up and I would have to pay $500 more for the car. Then after waiting 1 hour to resolve this trouble they finally agreed to refund my money. It took 10 days to get my money back! I thought what the heck let me try again. I tried again at another location with the same company. I test drive two cars that drove horribly they want $700 a month! Omg lastly, they refused service to me! Honestly I felt discriminated against. This company is 100% Asian owned and they feel most comfortable working with other Asian buyers and renters. If you aren’t Asian keep walking they will string you along and up the price by 50% to discourage you!
