Aaaaarrgh!!
Due to charger not available, I could not park at several locations. This wasted 3 hours finding a place to charge. I called the customer service. I was at culver city to charge. Where the charger was stuck. I was redirected by the customer service to a place in washington boulevard. Only to find that I cannot end my ride there. I could not end my ride at vermont expo too. I had to go to southwestern avenue. It was such a painful experience.

GREAT Concept. POORLY Executed!
The title says it all! Here are the details: Approximately 90% of the time the vehicle’s software is not working efficiently summed up below: CONS: 1) The car simply won’t start. 2) There are spaces to park/return vehicle but broken chargers exist. Thus, possible need to go to a different return zone. 3) As one is taking pictures of car and making notations the car may “time-out.” This means you may need to start all over. In general this happens if you reserved the car in advance via the app from a remote location. 4) car won’t lock upon returning. 5) car won’t acknowledge being plugged into charger during the return process. 6) car not always clean (inside nor out) 7) even without all the difficulties above, from the time you walk up to the car until the time you are allowed to drive off, the process takes like roughly 15mins. And yes, the clock is ticking. All the above usually requires calling them and spending lots of time that you may or may not have to give. Any relocating of course takes whatever time it takes to find the nearest available return which sometimes can be so far that it defeats the whole purpose or plan that you may have put together. Then at the end of it all, the clock has been quietly ticking during all of this mischief. If you ask for a proration, and if they grant it, it won’t happen until after you pay the full illegitimate price. For some, you may have only had enough to get the car plus maybe a few extra dollars in your account. Thus, you don’t have the amount being asked of you! Lastly, if you pick up the car… say at 7th and Broadway… you probably have intentions on returning to the exact same location. That doesn’t always happen because the return location may be full. The sad part is it’s not always filled with Blink vehicles. Every now and again a few privately owned EV vehicles have taken over a charger or two. This may send you way out of the way from your home or whatever your destination is. PROS: 1) car drives wonderfully. From perfect torque to perfect braking. But I can’t give that credit to this company. For that credit belongs to the automobile manufacturer.
