Great training system!
Cinch Coaching is an all around training system that is educational, insightful, complex and fulfilling while presenting a formate that is challenging and fun. What I like best about Cinch is that there is no daily “routine” grind that I have to do as each workout is created by Tom and tailored daily for me by my coach with a prescription set according to my goals, objectives and abilities. Tom constantly constructs new workouts, methods and incentives to keep things fresh and interesting, motivating me to grow and progress. And it works!!
