This app is genius but the functions never work. I use consent forms for my client in the permanent makeup business and every time I click on consent forms and try to look up a client, it will load and load and load then never continue. The buttons all take forever to load. I don’t use the app anymore and it could’ve gotten me in trouble with the state. Just being honest! Also, the key board will always hog the screen when you try to edit forms. They didn’t create a feature to move the page as you type.
