terrible service
i am sick and tired of the customer service. i don’t know what it is, but they reply very so. and even when they do reply the problem is never solved. i suggest if you have a choice do not use this company because i am regretting it as i type this review.

Stay Away from This App – Serious Privacy and Performance Issues
Ever since I started using this Mexican phone provider, my iPhone has been acting up in ways I’ve never experienced before. The phone glitches constantly, the battery drains abnormally fast, and it gets unusually hot. I’ve even seen my screen freeze and typing delays, which has never happened until after I got the free trial. What’s even more disturbing is that I never authorized auto-pay, yet they charged me anyway. There’s no clear way to contact customer service—no live support number, no real help—which raises major red flags. I strongly believe they’re accessing devices using IMEI numbers. It feels like my phone has been compromised since the moment I signed up. Something is seriously wrong here. Do not download or use this app. There are better phone providers out there.

Horrible customer service and impossible to cancel
I canceled this line after some horrible experience and yet I was still charged and dealing with their customer. Service is ridiculous. They have one person that answers everything. Her name is ASYA and honestly that person should not be working there. The only response I’ve gotten from her is the scripted intro that she pasted saying that she’s going to be your ninja for the day but like a ninja, she just disappears and never comes back on the line.

Poor Customer Service
Because I cannot get an answer from Customer Service after writing them about my problem my phone is disconnected. They’ve charged my account and has received the money 10 days before the bill was due. But yet my phones turned off. I can’t get an answer from Customer Service . I write them with my concerns and I get back. How can we help you? I’m here to help if you need assistance let me know. After I already reached out for help.!

I’ve been waiting and waiting for someone to answer me and reset my network since my data isn’t working, I payed and I can’t even use it, this happened last month when I paid my bill my service stopped and the guy manually went in and reset my network and then it worked perfect, but this month I can’t get nobody to do it for me, so upsetting
