Great communication, good service
Excellent experience: app is clearly designed and easy to use, pricing is reasonable and transparent, pickup and delivery went smoothly. Best of all, there is an *actual person* you can *actually talk to* about scheduling, service options etc. Every other app like this is run by some tech bro on the other side of the country/planet and when you call or message with a question you get an AI chat bot - this, in contrast, is clearly a genuine local small business that cares about providing a service to its neighbors and community. A pleasant surprise.

Awesome laundry pick-up/drop off service!
Highly recommend Laundry Needs! They picked up and dropped off my clothes on time (within one business day!) and provided updates about my order. My clothes arrived neatly folded in a branded bag and smelled amazing! Also, pricing was fair and reasonable, will definitely continue to use them! Look no further, book them.
