Mobile app works 5% of the time
Please put some time and development into allowing your mobile app to actually function like baseline function 95% of the time the application won’t even open. It’s imperative that this is usable in the field, especially if you’re using emails and processes. Not being able to check your email unless you’re in front of your computer defeats the purpose. The point of using the system is for efficiency and this is extremely inefficient. You’re in version 1.5 of this application in your last update was a year ago … that shows how little effort you’re putting into fixing this problem

App crashes often
This is a really good CRM if you’re using it just on the desktop, but on the app, it crashes often which is disruptive to workflow Specifically clicking a link in the crm leading to Canva or pricelabs You have to entirely delete the app and re download to simply get back logged in to the home page when opening the app
