New App Nightmare
Previous app was so much more user friendly. New app has lots of glitches and is a nightmare.

You made it worse
Latest update made the app worse. Now I need to give the app more permissions and enter my iPhone pin to open the app. Then it still won’t sync with my trap. It wasn’t great to begin with, but now it isn’t functional at all. You made it worse and slower. WTAF.
