Must First Sign Up On Browser
1. Browser Search Vet Ride and click VA website, sign into like you would the VA with IF.me or Login.gov 2. Select your usual facility you receive care It will automatically fill in your information such as address, disability percentage, etc. 3. Download this app, click, I already have an account 4. Sign in to Access VA with usual ID.me or Login.gov credentials You will then be able to request a ride through this app, which is really simple once logged in

I understand why its rated so low
I downloaded and installed the app without a problem, and I logged in without a problem. I'm a little bit slow in sending you an email when I request a ride. I accepted the terms, and I got a big pop-up with nothing but an error. I went to the App Store to try to contact and get support, and they took me through a webpage, asking what app I wanted them to build. I do not want them to take a nap. I want them to get this app to work.
