Most apps would cost money like this
I like how each topic of self care has separate goals, it allows me to focus on the larger picture when I am able, and focus on smaller goals and daily self care for when I am struggling. I’m impressed with Live Whole Health app because a lot of apps offer similar features but charge a monthly or yearly subscription fee. Thanks, VA
