Heaven help you if your Wi-Fi network changes
I have been using the app for several years and overall the interface is helpful for visualizing energy production. However, I recently changed my Wi-Fi network and it is simply impossible to reconnect the inverter to the new network. I have followed the steps over and over again but get continued errors. Once you get directed over to the Support website, it is not optimized for mobile use at all and very difficult to use. Very frustrating.

Worked the 1st year then stopped connecting due to wifi, messaged the company to get it fixed and they haven’t sent anyone out to fix it. Still paying for my solar panels but I can’t see if they’re producing anything. Tried to fix it myself and followed the video they sent me and nothing. Electricity bill higher than ever too.
