Changed terms = Forced subscription.
SunStrong have changed the app since SunPower went bankrupt which now means I no longer get panel level monitoring or analysis without a subscription. This used to all be included with the $$$$ I’d paid for my solar installation, but now greedy SunStrong is on the subscription bandwagon and demanding money for this basic functionality!

Paying for analysis of solar system
I paid for baker solar to put in the high end panels back in 2016 for all repairs and data for 25 year warranty. My solar system was sold to sun power in 2020. Still had warranty and could monitor my data at any time on my phone. Now sold to SunStrong and have to pay to see my solar system and data for $10 a month and unable to contact anyone to discuss issues with the solar panel/system. What a scam to pay for the top system when everything gets sold, no one can help you with your system. I’d rank them a zero if I could. For ALL the solar systems and companies!
