The App is too Dumb
So. The idea for online banking it's supposedly be easy the life. That's not happen with the SantanderSign app. What happen if I do not have SMS signal- another option do not work, pretty sure, I tried it. Then, if you use your iPad and Laptop, the SantanderSign in your phone doesn't help.

Unable to install
Tried to install with 3 different browser and on 2 different phones nothing worked. called customer care, asked if they can simply send me a letter with the necessary code, support only told me it is my browser and hang up on me twice ! Most horrible experience in my 20 years of using online banking.
