* Hold the gate open and/or unlock a door - then close the gate and/or re-lock the door remotely.
* Activate the entry system camera to monitor your entry location, or initiate a call with the visitor at your entry point.

App Level is Extremely Outdated
The interface for this app is circa 2010. User is still expected to perform scheduling tasks via laptop. This app is the intermediary to allow video calling. However, the app only works some of the time and without any consistency. Also, app will show as “offline”, but when you contact customer service-they will tell you they see no problems on their end and the system is online…and then direct you to contact a service rep for an onsite visit ($$). Very poor effort made to remedy situation.

Works as expected, as long as you understand the gate and app. If gate is held open by other device than the 2112 status won’t show open that’s expected since the command was not from the 2112
