Needs CarPlay compatibility
The app works fine, but it’s difficult to use while driving due to the very small font and multiple taps required. It desperately needs CarPlay compatibility..

Great gates, app UI needs love
This app does an excellent job at the most important thing it’s designed for: remote gate control. I love the fact that I can open our gate from anywhere in the world directly from my smartphone. That level of access and reliability is genuinely useful and gives real peace of mind. That said, the user experience is far more cumbersome than it needs to be, and it leads to daily frustration. For example, the activity log only shows a user number rather than the actual person who used the gate. In real life, that information isn’t very helpful at all and defeats the purpose of tracking access. The biggest issue, however, is how many unnecessary steps it takes just to open a single gate. When you only have one gate, there is absolutely no reason the app shouldn’t open directly to the control screen. Instead, you have to open the app, wait for it to load, select the gate, wait again, and then finally press the open button. If you’re driving and trying to time the gate opening, this feels slow and overly complicated. pp opens to. These are simple quality-of-life improvements that would make a huge difference. The core functionality is solid, but the app desperately needs usability improvements to match how people actually use it day to day.
