The practice communicates by chat/text message which is convenient at times but unfortunately led to miscommunication and can become difficult when conversations require communication over the phone.

You can’t get any better! We have moved many times over the past 20 years and seen many different Dr’s for our various dogs. The Small Door team has been far beyond the best of them. No question about it, they have exceeded all expectations and we could not ask for more from a provider. Our last dog was diagnosed w/ heart disease and given a life expectancy of maybe a year. She lived almost 4 more years happy and comfortable. We attribute this wholly to the care and guidance we received from Small Door and their network of specialists.
