Logging into patient portal is challenging
After my initial login why am I prompted with patient portal details again for login. Also, once logged in it is on like a new tab of browser instead of using the same frame to project the data. It’s a bad UX design.

Crashes often, uploading to digital wallet doesn’t scale properly or crashes. Insurance options don’t reflect reality.
